One of the great features of Online Outbox is that most tasks can be automated, so that you won’t have to continually spend valuable time performing the same, repetitive actions again and again. Here are some of our automation features:

Autoresponders. An autoresponder is an email program that can be used to automatically schedule or send an email to any number of email addresses. Online Outbox includes its own autoresponder capabilities, so you can setup email to automatically send to your subscribers at any date in the future. More Info.

Bounce Processing. Our system watches for email addresses that bounce regularly, and automatically disables those addresses (after three consecutive bounces), to protect your email ‘reputation’. More Info.
