Rob Riggs, Principal & Project Manager
Rob founded Your Design Online after he discovered a unique niche in an over-flooded design market. He holds degrees in both Marketing and Business Management and specializes in PHP, XHTML, CSS, and Project Management.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Rob enjoys motorcycles, playing guitar and keys, and listening to a wide array of music. He also enjoys learning about a variety of subjects through audio books while fighting Atlanta traffic.

Jodey Smith, Sales & Marketing
Jodey earned his Information Technology Certification with an emphasis in Web site Design from Gainesville State College. His specialties include WordPress, Flash, Social Media, and Web Video.

He hails from Sugar Hill, Georgia and serves YDO clients all over the Southeast.

Shelly Kent, Writer
Shelly is a published writer and magazine columnist who helps YDO’s clients effectively impart their message on their web site and in their social media. She lives in North Atlanta and enjoys reading, writing, brainstorming, and learning about new businesses and concepts.

Shelly’s Advice: Look at your company from your consumers’ perspective. Instead of pushing your products or services, ask yourself, “Why would someone want to purchase this from me?”

Anwar Hossain, Programmer & Project Manager
Anwar specializes in LAMP (PHP, Apache, MySql), CakePHP, e-commerce (Magento, Opencart, osCommerce, ZenCart), SEO, web analytics, Employee Management, Web Development & Architecture, Joomla, WordPress, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, and Flash.

He has a Masters of Computer Application from Bangalore University and hails from Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Zach Nicodemous, Programmer
Zach comes to us from Basildon, United Kingdom, having trained at MSCE, City and Guilds. He specializes in HTML, CSS, PHP, jQuery, WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal.

In his spare time, Zach runs an Internet radio station and podcast and plays games such as Call of Duty and Forza. He loves thought-provoking television shows such as Lost, FlashForward, and Stargate.

Nina Stark, Admin Support
Nina is in charge of day-to-day phone and email support to our clients. Having useful background in WordPress, Joomla, PHP, HTML, and Website QA – she also takes part in many of our web design projects. She was raised in Pasig City, Phlippines and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Financial and Management Accounting from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, Manila.

Nina loves mind-boggling movies and shopping! She’s also into internet marketing and blogging.

Ali holds a Bachelors Degree in Arts and was raised in Islamabad, Pakistan. He is a valuable asset to Your Design Online in a multitude of platforms.

Al Pothiraj, Programmer
Al holds a bachelors in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University and has over 5 years of extensive experience in LAMP (PHP, Apache, MySql), CakePHP, e-commerce (Magento, Opencart, osCommerce, ZenCart) Ajax, and JavaScript. Al has also built several mobile applications for the iPhone and Android.

He hates Facebook and engages himself with R&D in his free time to make a remarkable web application which would change the face of social media.

Chris Hutchison, Programmer Chris has a broad background with specialties in PHP, WordPress, Codeigniter, Object-Oriented Programming, Magento, and osCommerce.
