Our apologies for the service outage!

To our valued friends and customers:

You may have noticed a service outage this week, and for that we are extremely sorry! We push hard to provide fantastic service for you, but experienced an issue this week that unfortunately could not be repaired quickly.

Please note the following regarding the status of distribution :
1) Most importantly, service has been restored to normal, and you can begin your campaigns immediately.
2) Campaigns that were in process of sending when the error occurred were interrupted, but have picked up again.

This weekend, we will be hard at work on our servers, making sure that moving forward:
1) This doesn’t happen again.
2) And if something like this does happen again (which according the item #1, will not), redundancy will activate quickly and you will not experience service outage.

One last item:
