Import your Contacts

Don't want to bother importing your contacts? We can help. Sometimes it's a hassle. Sometimes your data is a little too messy to dive into right now. We understand. We'll import your contacts, no matter how many you have, for $75 per file. Now, wasn't that easy?

Here's How: We will take your data in Excel, Comma Separated Value or text file format, and import that data into one Contact List in your Online Outbox account. You'll be able to segment that Contact List in the process of sending your Email Campaigns, and select certain types of contacts that will receive your campaign.

Helpful Tip: If you'll regularly send to these contacts in segmented lists (say, for instance, your list contains realtors and doctors and seven other professions, and you want to send unique content to each group), you may want to consider forming separate files, and separate Contact Lists.

If, however, you have relatively few types of unique segments (or groups to whom you'll send unique content), you can feasibly combine your contacts into one file, or Contact List, and simply segment them as you're creating Email Campaigns.

One more tip. You can add other data besides email address. Simple things like a first name, a company name, will let you address their name specifically within your emails. You can also note each user's industry, or position, or geographic location, and segment your emails to reach specifically targeted contacts.
