Online Outbox is highly committed to protecting the privacy of our website visitors, users and clients. we uphold the highest level of standards in regards to online privacy and permission marketing, and require the same of our clients.
Our clients certify that they will use Online Outbox only to send emails to customers and prospects that have fulfilled our ‘opt-in’ requirements, and in doing so, have consented to receive email. Unsolicted commercial mail is forbidden using our system. Email lists that are rented, leased, purchased, harvested, or in any way other than through opt-in subscription, should not be used at Online Outbox.
When it appears that a client has abused our system or ignored our policy, whether willfully or not, we will require that the list be closed. Repeated violations or failures to comply with our policy will result in the suspension or termination of that client’s access to our system, and the eventual deletion of all intellectual data from our system.
Clients of Online Outbox agree to refrain from sending unsolicited email via our system. Client must be able upon request to provide us with the source of the email addresses, the method used for subscription and subscription modifications or deletions, and the processes which surround the processes used. This may include, but is not limited to, date, IP address, referring website, and other information submitted by the receipient at the time of signup. The use of opt-out lists is prohibited at Online Outbox.
Online Outbox retains the right to review client lists and emails to verify that our clients are abiding by these policies.
We will never provide in any manner individual personal information with anyone without your permission, or unless ordered by a court of law. Information given us is used only by employees managing this information for the purposes of ensuring that your marketing emails are delivered efficiently.
Getting off an email list
Each email sent through the Online Outbox system contains a link at the bottom of the email that will allow a subscriber to unsubscribe from that particular distribution list, or from that sender altogether, or otherwise alter your subscription. This is a simple, automated method by which you can opt out or modify the method for receiving these emails.
Reporting Unwanted Mail as Spam
You should receive email through Online Outbox only if you have opted-in to become a member of the specific distribution list that you were included in. Online Outbox does not allow any client to utilize our software to send unsolicited mail or spam.
If you received an unsolicted email through Online Outbox, you can report it as spam by forwarding the message to email@example.com. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate actions with the client.
